WELCOME TO OUR HOME
Built in 1903 in the heart of Trévou-Tréguignec, the house has witnessed more than a century of life. This old postcard offers a glimpse into its past: the house is already there, much as we recognise it today, surrounded by its stone walls and garden.When we first discovered it, we immediately fell in love with its character, generous proportions and the traces of its history. We wanted to restore it while preserving its soul, and at the same time create a warm and comfortable place designed for welcoming guests.Following an extensive renovation, La Maison 1903 opened its doors in September 2026. Today, we are delighted to be writing a new chapter in the story of this house and to share it with our guests.
THE PINK GRANITE COAST ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Less than 900 metres from the house, Trestel beach is easily reached on foot or by bike along the quiet village roads.
The GR34 coastal path runs nearby, while Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac’h and its famous pink granite rocks, and the historic town of Tréguier are all around a ten-minute drive away.
Beaches, coastal paths, little harbours and charming villages: La Maison 1903 is an ideal base for exploring the Pink Granite Coast.
